That's kinda weird, linking to an empty Wikipedia page.
He typo'd the URL. Here, without the 'L'.

Had an absolutely nerve-wracking afternoon. The regular instructor showed up sick to our program today. He thought he could teach, but asked me 15 minutes before he was supposed to start if I could fill in for him. While I've led meetings before, I've never facilitated a group for more than an hour. It also wasn't my company's content, so while I've seen this program taught a couple times, I've never actually done it myself. It was a group of about 40 people who had spent the previous two days with very seasoned professional instructors, and now they get me on 15 minutes notice with no experience. Awesome.

I actually think I did pretty well, all things considered, but it was terrifying. I have no idea how professional facilitators do that for a living...paging MHS for presentation skills tips. :)

Told my boss about it, and his response was "discomfort means you're growing". In that case, I'm 90 goddamn feet tall right now.

The first one. I even saw a special on Netflix or Amazon about some 'food guy' touring the world looking for the best Ramen.

Just yesterday I saw a Twitch streamer talking about how it would take too long to do a proper ramen stream because it would entail 6-8 hours to do the "boil" -- I guess there's more to ramen than cheap high-sodium noodles. :)

I saw an article at MSN today that said; Between 1859 and 1900, there were an estimated 12 bank robberies in the entirety of the so-called “Wild West.”

Unpossible.

Movies have taught me that banks were being robbed daily. Sometimes twice a day.

It occurred to me today that military adventure movies set in the British Raj are really just westerns, with British soldiers instead of U.S. Cavalry and Indians instead of Indians.

BBC
More than 300 girls born in England and Wales last year were named Arya, sharing their name with the well-known Game of Thrones character.

That's more than the number of children who received traditional names like Mary (204) and Catherine (163).

Another name from the HBO series growing in popularity is Khaleesi.

There were 69 girls born last year with the same name as the would-be Queen of Westeros, according to figures for England and Wales from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).

More Game of Thrones names on the list include Tyrion (11), Sansa (5), Daenerys (4) and Brienne (3).
Her name ISN'T KHALEESI!

There is a lock on the door, but the doors are just for show. A decent crossbow will punch right through. Maybe I should sit sideways so if he goes for center mass through the door I won't be there.

There are several dogs at the dog park I frequent (with my dog) that are named Arya and Sansa. There is even a Skyler for Breaking Bad fans. If I had a Corgi, I'd name it Tyrion.

Right. Between bank A and bank B.

Or the Federal bank.

In any case, there were plenty of bank robberies to go around, is what I've learned from movies as well. Usually for the 200 bucks the bank has on hand.
