Yeah, a lot of the effects are achieved by painting the background onto parts of her head to make it look as if it isn't there (the silhouette dog is a great example.) Any other angle or any movement would kill the illusion.

So...lol. Even the people correcting the people with the mistake tattoos are getting it wrong. And not just the picnic table either. The mars/venus symbols represent a penis and a target? That's the first time I've heard that.
