For the record, the guy was firing a .700 Hamilton, which is sorta not quite a shotgun and not quite a .50 cal BMG. The recoil on that thing when firing a solid slug is... well, watch the video.

I drove an hour to get one. They're sold at various farmers markets (not listed thoroughly on that website), which is how my folks got turned onto them. Then we drove an hour down to Traverse City as they remembered the name of the orchard. Worth. The. Trip. I see there are some Denver area supermarkets which are listed on that site, so you know I'll be making the pilgrimage.

Some of the comments to the photo (I read the comments, Ray) are indicating that this is most likely dairy due to the type of cow and grain that can be seen.
