Least favorite? How the hell did circus peanuts gain two spots?

Personally, I’m shocked that these moved down the list for the second straight year. They were the #1 worst Halloween candy 2 years ago. People, there is no way to describe the vileness that is Circus Peanuts. How could there possibly be a worse Halloween Candy, much less two?

I have to believe that they weren’t rated as the #1 worst on everyone’s list because they blocked these inedible monstrosities from their memories.

I don't hate candy cornI just don't particularly like it. After three or four it begins just be more and more about chewing on wax stuff and I'm too much of a pig to think 3 or 4 of anything the size of a candy corn is a snack. I would put then along side Circus Peanuts, where I would also eat about 2 and then come to the realization if I continue eating them I will grow a distaste from them.

Year after year the radio says Michigan reports candy corn as it's favorite Halloween candy. I really want to know where places like wallethub get there information because I can't think of a single person or general phenomena where people here think candy corn is the best candy.

Haven't had any in years. My grandma that raised me kept it year round as I recall. I mean its ok but I dont buy it. I also like those puffy circus peanuts. And peanut butter bar candy.

Indifferent on the candy corn, but agree on the Tootsie Rolls. I mean, I don't hate the flavour, but they just sit in your mouth and create sludge. I always figured they were designed to prime kids for chewing tobacco.

I tended to dislike anything that wasn't chocolate. So, candy, in the narrower sense. I didn't hate Smarties (AKA Rockets in Canada) or caramel toffee, but they always far outlasted the mini chocolate bars in my sack of loot. Chips etc. were also nice... salty to balance the sweet.

The kids I knew always seemed stoked when someone gave out cans of pop. I didn't get that, since they just weighed your goodie receptacle down and took up space.

I don't think I've ever heard of cans of pop for Halloween. I know I never got one as a kid (and my kids have never got them). I did get a few cans of beer from the brewpub at the end of the block last Halloween, though. That was pretty cool.

Once, on Halloween, this olde lady invited me and my buddy inside her house and served us apple cider. Seemed strange even back then. She lived in an olde house at the end of the road and probably didn't get many kids. (or she kept the ones she got)
