My dog hates booties, but we have to put them on occasionally when he pads get chapped. we bandage them, then put the boots on to protect the bandage. She doesn't do hand stands but she does do a move like Roscoe does in the beginning..I guess they need to feel the ground with their actual feet or something.

Have you tried Musher's Secret? It really helped with my dog's pads when they got cracked and dry.

Most of the time that I've seen him behave douchey, he was surrounded by idiots making outlandish claims.

That said, his smile is a little smug and a little mischievous, he always looks like he's in on some joke that he's not sharing.

I prefer people with humility, but not false humility. I'm willing to forgive truly talented people some of their character flaws, and in this case, I mostly overlook his.

I'm not saying your wrong, but it seems like his attitude bothers me less than it does you.

Unfortunately popular media has made him a bit of a celebrity, and with enough fame it can be far too easy to start believing your own press.

On the plus side, he's not afraid to look morons in the eye and tell them they're morons, and usually with some decorum.

Maybe I'm just desperate to hear from someone who doesn't have an alternative set of facts. It's not a great time to be a scientist.

Not that particular brand, but something similar. The problem is keeping her from licking her paws which seems to irritate her feet which is why the vet recommended wrapping them and putting on booties to keep her away from them.

Tyson has always wanted the Carl Sagan role of bringing scientific wonder and authority to the masses. But Sagan never had to deal with hardcore ideological anti-science, and the challenge has made Tyson prickly.

Ah. Yeah. My dog had issues due to age and the surface she walked on. I never had to deal with excessive licking. That's a bummer. I did use a lot of booties. Which she was really stoic about. She rarely ever fussed about them. It sounds like you can't do much...
