The clown I remember most from my childhood was Bozo the Clown. He had a kids gameshow on TV. Although in digging through Wikipedia, I must have actually been watching re-runs in the 1980s.

Did you have cable with WGN from chicago on it? They were running new versions of Bozo's circus well into the 90's, if my admittedly faulty memory is correct...

That sounds correct to me too. I remember seeing him on WGN and I didn't have that until I was in my late teens (late 80s).

I am not a clown person but she is cute. I do remember a few reruns of Bozo and even Clarabell.

I grew up on a witch..Witchypoo

But I was in love with a tv girl..or many actually as a child...favorite was ISIS.

Now the FBI will be visiting us.
