I can tell you the band is Mac Sabbath and they do Black Sabbath covers re-themed to McDonald's content. I'm going to assume that gif is tribute to the Ozzy biting heads of bats in drunken stupor. I have heard great things about them but they only came to town on work nights and I'm too old to see shows and go to work the next day.

As a side note, the bottom picture was part of my route home from Manhattan, KS back to Omaha.
That route took me through the (very) sleepy town of Burchard, NE which, as multiple signs around the town proclaimed, was the birthplace of Harold Lloyd.
