That's not the funny part. You don't have to touching the bag to tag the runner on a pickoff throw. The funny part is the pitcher making the pickoff attempt despite the fact that Rizzo isn't even leading off.

When I was in Guangzhou China about 10 years ago, EVERY downtown traffic light has a countdown timer. In the US, only the pedestrian lights (and those aren't on every corner) may have a count down timer.
