Less spam lately?

It's been about 4-5 days since I have gotten any spam in my hotmail account. I usually get at least 4 a day.

Did Microsoft do something about it?

I get about a dozen a day, which is down from the usual 50+ at the start of the year. Hotmail seems to have juiced up their spam filters quite a bit.

About 500 came in this weekend while I was out of the office, so nope, it's about the same. What really sucks is that they are starting to call my house again. I had about 3 junk calls in the last year and a half. Now I am getting survey and Police function donation calls again.

They are allowed to call you, even if you are on the federal "Stop Pestering Me List".

They did not call forever though.

Now they call several times a month, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it is when you live in beautiful peace and quiet. (something I imagine you gave up at least two and a half kids ago.)
