After a bout of nostalgia, I bought Mattell football, soccer, and basketball. Then, I got a tabletop Frogger and Donkey Kong. Football is still a lot of fun (just like this movie will be).

Should we just go back to the days when the credits were before the movie?

I feel her pain. At that point in the film, I've usually been holding it in for the better part of an hour after a tub sized frozen coke. Now you're telling me I have to sit still for another 10 minutes or so?

Of course you don't have to. There is always Youtube. :D

On the other hand, if you bolt just as the credits start, you may be able to get back before they are done.

Considering that credits often last 5+ minutes, if you can't get back to your seat in time, you may want to visit a proctologist...

As I get older I find that my bladder is not aging as gracefully as the rest of me and I find waiting around for the end credits to be over more taxing than in my youth. Then again, there were no end credits scenes in my youth.

Getting some excellent reviews:
The film was unveiled for a group of press on Monday night who have been allowed to offer reaction as long as they don't give away any spoilers.

And it's all looking pretty positive for the team of superheroes.

If you avoided this link for fear of any spoilers theres one nice piece of info included you may want to know. James Gunn announced that he is on for GOTG 3. I believe Disney thinks GOTG 2 is going to be a major hit.
Well do you ever get the feeling that the story's too damn real and in the present tense?
Or that everybody's on the stage and it seems like you're the only person sitting in the audience?

And as best I could tell it was pretty much spoiler free.

But they're injecting them into the end credits now. They aren't just at the very end anymore.

And of course I'm not really mad. I was just saying I can understand someone finding them annoying.

This issue has never bothered me. If I dont want to hang for the post credit clips or intra-credit clips for that matter, they are always easy to find on the internet. This is the very definition of a First World Problem.

Released in Australia, and saw today.

My thoughts - high level and relatively spoiler free, but spoilered for those avoiding any and all info!
Spoiler:
All in all, another very fun romp. The band is back together, goofier than even before. I felt some characters were better this time around (Drax in particular was much more enjoyable), and the overall plot was 'smaller' and more character focused I'd say, but no less fun. One or two elements felt contrived a bit, but nothing too bad. Recommended, though I imagine not many here need convincing!

And yes, the rumours of multiple credits scenes are true. I counted 4 I believe. Nothing truly important, but fun nonetheless.

For the after credits clip of Rogue One I asked the attendants who came in to clean up since we were the last showing of the night and they told me they had seen the ending multiple times and there was no after credits scene. Made it easy on me. Glad I didn't stay there waiting.

You can always check After The Credits to see if there is anything you need to stay for. It will tell you how many "stingers" are shown and will even tell you what they are but keeps them hidden in a spoiler box.

I can't wait to see this, but i think I'll catch it next weekend. I have a feeling it's going to be a mad house at most theaters.

I really think the series is on its way to being the most popular marvel franchise. It's Star Wars for a new generation.
