Are polls being overused on this board?

Well, so far they aren't being used that well. (no offense to anyone intended)

You'd have to vote that 'Yes', she is "Hot or Not" since it is true that she is either "Hot" or she's "Not". Voting No, and thus saying she's Neither "Hot" nor "Not" doesn't make any sense.
Similarly,
Am I positive or lazy?
* Positive
* Lazy
...so you can't be both? or neither?;)
At least the DOOOOOOM poll had a 'Who?' option so I could vote with my true feeling of WTF?
