About two weeks ago I decided to really try and make a change. I've had a couple very false starts over the years and once, in 2012, I managed to drop 22 lbs.
Ever since then I've been steadily rising and 15 days ago I weighed in at 264.5 lbs and I'm 5'7"
So I fired up My Fitness Pal and set my goal at 200 lbs. If I get there I'll still be 15-20lbs + overweight but I haven't been sub 200 since 2001 so I figure it is a worthy goal.
For starters I'm just keeping to a daily calorie goal of 1550. This is not hard to achieve as long as I plan properly and I'm rarely miserable with hunger.
I weighed in this morning at 252 so I'm currently -12.5 lbs--just from changing my caloric intake.
Is there a tutorial on the code you guys are inputting?
