Captain America: The First Avenger. Several scenes in a bar in London where he is recruiting his Howling Commandos, and the train was set up as a death trap for Cap, but unfortunately it was Bucky that did the dying.

I thought about LOTR/Hobbit, but I didn't think filmed in a place = set in a place. Middle Earth isn't New Zealand, even if filmed there!

Sirens - Set in turn of the 20th century Australia, there were a couple of scenes set in a bar, including one where the models from the artist's commune enter the "mens only" bar to get a drink.
