Puncture

Puncture stars Chris Evans of Captain America fame as an attorney representing a nurse named Vicky (played by Vinessa Shaw) who died from HIV contracted through a needlestick accident.

Footloose - the original. Plenty of haystacks and music.

The Wrestler

Mickey Rourke's character does steroids throughout the film, and rap music can be heard in one of the strip club scenes.

Heh. I see most of the crap they played as disco-ish. Plus, hip-hop and pop are mostly identical these days so.....

To be fair, Footloose was my first thought, too, but I didn't think it qualified in the music category so I nixed it.

Madagascar

There are the hypodermic needles that tip all the Tranquilizer Darts shot into Alex at Grand Central Station -- and Marty has a "Stayin Alive" walk down the street ala "Saturday Night Fever".

While it isn't dominant, the soundtrack does include a couple of hip hip songs.

Honey 3:Dare to Dance
The story revolves around a dancer named Melea Martin (Cassie Ventura), who wants to put on a contemporary hip hop dance production of Romeo and Juliet to honor her mother.
That's what Wikipedia says, anyway. I haven't actually seen the movie or anything :ninja:

The Seventh Seal
Disillusioned and exhausted after a decade of battling in the Crusades, a knight (Max von Sydow) encounters Death on a desolate beach and challenges him to a fateful game of chess. Much studied, imitated, even parodied, but never outdone, Bergman’s stunning allegory of man’s search for meaning, The Seventh Seal (Det sjunde inseglet), was one of the benchmark foreign imports of America’s 1950s art-house heyday, pushing cinema’s boundaries and ushering in a new era of moviegoing.
