Meet the Robinsons. Music practice with the frogs, and lots of time travel.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

Music lesson

Close Encounters of the Third Kind, with the time travel of Flight 19 in the desert, and subsequent appearance of its abducted military personnel at Devil's Tower; countdowns are also provided by the government specialists prior to the climactic arrival of UFOs towards the conclusion, with the iconic lesson in "basic tonal vocabulary" provided by the mothership.

I'll have to go with Anonymous and Close Encounters as the best of the lot.
I spent 90% of the money I made on women, booze, and drugs. The other 10% I just pissed away.

Time Rider: The Adventures of Lyle Swann

A BMX bike rider rides through a time travel experiment and finds himself thrown back to the old west, where he soon runs afoul of a gang of desperadoes who want to kill him for his motorcycle. I haven't seen it in 35 years, but I remember it being a lot of fun.

Plumbing the depths of Adam Sandler abominations, Going Overboard had a justifiably meagre budget of $200K.
