Perverted: Indy feels up a topless statue to unlock a secret door.

Converted: Indy is brainwashed to serve the Thuggee cult.

Diverted: Indy uses a shovel to hit the track switch, sending the mine carts along different paths.

And I'm pretty sure that both Willie and Short Round yell for help several times.
Winner.

Harlem Street Singer-Documentary on the life of legendary blues and ragtime guitar player Blind Gary Davis, who, after finding Jesus, became better known as Rev. Gary Davis. Despite his inability to see he sang and preached on the streets of New York for 20 years and eventually became one of the leading performers and teachers in blues and gospel music in the 50's and 60's.

Don'r Breathe, with Stephen Lang as the blind badass with a particularly nasty secret lurking in his basement (revealing his perverted nature). A suitably scary scene follows, in which he cuts the power and plunges the house into complete darkness.

I'm going with Pitch Black again.

I mean having your eyes "changed" to see in the dark since you think you'll be in a lightless prison all your life and well the movie itself.

I'll stick with The Wizard, given that its Rainman-esque protagonist is broken out of a mental institution.

Kind of cruel for his parents to name him after a disease.
