Decided to follow the crowd and list my weekly weigh-ins with the most recent on top. Taking it easy the next week for Christmas and New Year's so I could easily be up a few pounds by January, but I my plan is to stay under my 235 goal.

I'm extremely happy that I met my goal for the year!
We spent the last 5 days up north at a cabin in the woods with the entire family and even got some snow. Lots of board games and lots of sweets.
My wife and I will be celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary tonight so I will worry about getting back on track next week. I'm going to try my first non-medical 24-hour fast tonight. I finished my OMAD at 7pm last night and won't be eating until 9pm tonight.
I also need to start thinking about my goals for 2019.

I was under 250 after a January cold, and didn't make substantial progress past that until September, then blew that progress in the celebratory graduation trip and Christmas binging.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still glad it was a net loss, but my lack of focus prevented it from being a better result.
Now that I'm done with school, I will be making more effort to get on the bike and hopefully can make better food decisions to hit a stride next year.
It's almost as if people are the problem.
