PayPal is brain dead

Been using PayPal for many many years. Lately though most of their online stuff isn't working. It started with their PayPal Credit site. Id get the error that page does not exist. Now I get that on more pages and I cant find my balance or available credit or billing at all. They dont even send me a bill now in email.

Theres no way I can find on their site to see my balance, my available credit, my payment amount due...nothing. Its as if the credit and billing area no longer is there at all. It says balance 0 . But I know I have a pp credit bill to pay on. Im left with having to call them but I dont want to give payment info out to jackidiot on the other end.

WTH is up with PayPal these days?

Just a thought: are you 100% certain you're looking at the actual PayPal site and not a scammer carefully imitating them?

Login -> Click on "Details" next to "PayPal balance" for your balance.

Called them again. They claimed some 3rd party had put my PayPal account in with my bankruptcy. So I cant get to anything. They sent it over to review and I call again Monday. Im fine with that though. Then I dont have to make payments and it is paid automatically through my bankruptcy. But they will either set it back normal and I make payments or leave it there. Find out Monday.
