Common things you've never done

Had a funny conversation with a guy on the plane today about common things we've never done. A couple things that made us chuckle.

- I've never made coffee, and have only had one sip when I was around 10
- Never been fishing.
- Never shot a gun (not terribly surprising, but he was gobsmacked)

Curious if there are very common things that might be on everyone else's list.

I, too, have never made coffee, but I do drink it sometimes when coworkers go on a walk to the coffee shop.
I've never been hunting or fishing.

Now I'm dwelling on what are common things or not.

I've never moved out of my home state.
I've never played blackjack
I've never gone offroading.

?

My imagination is failing me.

I'm a little disconnected from society at large, so it's hard for me to say what's common that I've never done. I know of a few, though:

~I've never worked in a cubicle
~I've never changed oil or a spark plug
~I've never asked anyone out on a date (despite having been married twice)
~I've never seen a Super Bowl ad during the Super Bowl, nor any sporting event all the way through
~I've never danced with the devil in the pale moonlight

I hadn't either until earlier this year when I watched all 3 of them via Netflix. Honestly, maybe it's due to the passage of time or something, but I didn't find it that good.

As for me:
Never traveled outside North America.
Never visited any Disney parks.
And this one surprised me as I thought I had, but not according to a discussion I've had with my Mom: Never been on a plane.

Interesting question. The only thing I can think of at the moment is that I've never been to Spain, but I kind of like the music.

I've never seen "The Godfather", don't really care for anything glorifying criminals. Shawshank was the exception, but Tim Robbins' character wasn't really a criminal was he?

I've done everything mentioned so far except for getting divorced and getting high. neither are really on my bucket list though one has seemed likely at times.

As far as dancing with the devil in the pale moonlight, if you take that metaphorically I've been there a time or two.

As for me, looking at all of yours lists, I guess I've done a lot of shit. Never been skiing, skydiving, or scuba diving. Never slept with a porn star. Never picked my toes in Poughkeepsie (but in 2 months I'll have the opportunity to knock that one off my bucket list). Never endured an entire soccer game, but my son starts in about a month and I expect it will be unavoidable.

I grew up in the woods so the second may be more common in that area than in the general population (I know 5 people off the top of my head that had to deal with that). As for Alaska, I thought it was a popular tourist destination (I know I want to go there) so I figured maybe common to go.

Never bought coffee at Starbucks (or anywhere else that I remember).
Never been to Hooters
Never been to D.C.
Haven't seen any Avengers or X-Men or Batman movies.

I haven’t done either, although I’ve always wanted to try. The potential legal reprecusssions always scared me away.

That said, I do find myself in Denver today with a few hours to kill before my flight. Hmmm...

Who am I kidding, I wouldn’t even know where to start.

Motorcycle is another good one. I haven’t done that either. Ridden on one, but never drove.
