You really need to read the entire listing:

Shipping: $30.35 Economy Shipping

That makes it even more expensive than the first listing you posted, without including the cost of the actual game.

Given how much the box weighs this is not a good item to be purchased and shipped.

But after hitting it, it's still high. I got it off eBay for $17.32 with shipping.
