God help me, but I think it looks... good? Bumblebee is a VW bug, as God intended. When he transforms, he looks like a robot made of car parts, instead of a jumble of metal shards. And it's not directed by Michael Bay.

This. All of this.

Does feel pretty unnecessary and more than a little late to be relevant.

But I'll probably watch it.

And no Michael Bay means that maybe it will actually be a nice little movie.

Even the Rick Rolling joke is ten years old....yet I want to see it! looks awesome to be honest and I have no problem erasing every Transformer movie from memory. Well see how/if it ties into the Bay movies but I'm guessing it's a prequel based on trailer as it looks set in the 80's. + Rick Astley on cassette. I hope its good an spawns a new trilogy set in the 80's with the Autobots I grew up with :)

The taglines for the film are:

They keep adding more and more spoiler-ish scenes to the trailer, not every key scene needs to be revealed before the movie is even out.

Although this is not the only movie that has this problem - pretty sure if they add any more content to the Mortal Engines and Alita: Battle Angel trailers, I won't need to see the movies to know exactly what happens.
