Wow thats totally out of the blue to me. He was finding all kinds of old shipwrecks and now just gone. All that money could not help and only 65. Damn. RIP

A shock, at least to me. Condolences to friends & family. Does anyone know if he was still invested in bring pro sports to Seattle?

I had to go check to see if Seattle Seahawks were still a thing. It has been...awhile since I paid attention.

They still exist. Phew.

Being that he was in his 30's when first diagnosed, I'd say the money helped quite a bit, doubling his lifespan.

RIP though, it's always sad to lose someone who was using their fortune for good.
