Connecting cell phone to cordless phones
Ok, I have gotten rid of my landline but i still have convenient cordless phones sitting around the house that i would like to use. I know that you can buy newer blue tooth cordless phones that you can link to your cell phone but are there any devices I can buy to link older cordless phones without that capabililty? I've searched but can't seem to find anything so I thought I would consult the hive mind. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks.

I have a google voice number and an obi device connected to the cordless phones. I then pay the $10 a year so 911 works on it just in case.

Uh... You can just FORWARD your cell phone to your landline.
Wait, you got rid of your landline...
But you still want to use your landline phones... without the landline, Except as a cellphone... Without the cell.

I found one, but the adapter cost $$$, like $150, $200 w/ Bluetooth.

XLINK may also be an option.
For that price, you may as well replace the cordless phones.

Forwarding a cell to a landline costs minutes. And would require continuing to pay for a landline.
It's almost as if people are the problem.

There are devices that will link to the blue tooth of the phone and then go over the traditional copper lines to the remainder of the house.
