How is your career going?

I will hear back Monday about the nursing director position I interviewed at the University of Tennessee Medical Center three weeks ago. The hiring manager is on vacation and the recruiter emailed me yesterday with an update that said, "Kristi will get back to you on Monday after her vacation "

My wife thinks the added emoji is a good sign.

Last week the recruiter asked me for clarifications on my resume and in particular, years of management. I'm hoping that means they are putting an offer together. I thought the interview went really well and would honestly be surprised if I didn't get an offer
