What a wonderful bad guy he made. I remember him most from Cyborg 2 and The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. with Bruce Campbell. Billy had a unique look and style of acting.

Never saw those. But I recognized him instantly from The Untouchables. He was a great villain to hate. RIP.
