Bet we dont hear calls to ban the knives. Well unless its knives over a foot long...not sure what he used. Here in TN all knives are legal.

Let's not go down this road. Let's just, for at least a few minutes, express our sadness and horror at such an act before we politicize it. Is that too much to ask?
He won. Period.

Sounds like the guy has plenty of priors. This is a bad man doing bad things. Awful.

I lived in Garden Grove for awhile. Not someplace you'd expect for something like that.

Reports this morning indicated that law enforcement thought they were a series of robberies, and there wasn’t any indication of targeted attacks or an individual trying to take out as many people as he could.
Tragic story.

"Stabbing" and "Spree" are two words that should never be used together. Awful, horrific story.

I don't know what this guy's story is, but violence like this is why I'm in favor of prison reform. Right now most people seem to be fine with how we handle the convicted. All I can think about is how most of these people WILL be getting out of jail/prison one day. Then they'll be mixing with you and me out in public. Do I really want to be standing in line to pay for my drink right next to some guy who has spent the last few years being brutalized in prison or being forced to brutalize others to survive? No.
