Shared plumbing with a meat processor? That's madness. I've seen some crazy, crazy things in basements before (raw sewage backup), but this is pretty nuts too.

"It depends" is the standard answer. From my experience it's somewhere around $1000-1500, most of which is going to be labor. However, that's a fraction of the cost of cleanup (in actual expenditures) and worth every penny for not needing to see your neighborhood sewage bubbling up in to your basement.
