Spanish homework help?

Post by stessier »

We need help on some Spanish homework (I took German in school - poor foresight on my part clearly).

We have some word scrambles to solve and got all but two. For each word, there are two pictures - one is correct, and one is not. We have to unscramble the word and choose the correct picture. So, for instance, if the word was "happy", there would be a picture of a happy person and a sad person.

Can anyone help figure these out?

Picture 1: A person reading a book
Picture 2: A person with ski goggles on and a hat seemingly standing in front of moutains
Letters: RVOIDATE

Picture 3: A man looking over his shoulder in the Thinker pose
Picture 4: A man in profile appearing to laugh and shake
Letters: VESRDOAER

I'm hoping this is something a Spanish speaker can just look at and go "OH - Easy!" All I know is that they are adjectives and seemingly not ones my daughter deemed necessary to take notes on.

Thanks for any help!

Thanks to you both! We're going with these. I spent two hours guessing adjectives and using Google translate before going this route. She doesn't have a textbook so there was nothing but her notes to work off of. If it's not in there, I'm not sure what she is supposed to do.

Thanks again.

Si.
Spoiler:
Unagi, don't expect a meaningful response later on, my Spanish simply doesn't get much better than this.
