Faced with threats of a $60 million sexual harassment lawsuit, Bill O'Rielly responds with an extortion lawsuit. The Volokh conspiracy has some interesting comments about suing someone for extortion when they threaten to sue.

Edit: And the other shoe has dropped. She has sued him, and The Smoking Gun has the lurid complaint. TSG and Volokh both think that it suggests that she was recording him (illegal in a number of states).
