Have to do it on desktop, the search feature isn't there on the mobile app.

Still not seeing it. Settings > Blocking > Manage Blocking has text boxes to block users, messages from, invites from, apps, and pages. Typing Fact Checker into the general search box on the menu bar just brings up a bunch of users with that in their name, unrelated to the Blocking page.

Maybe I just don't have any.

Trump's war on Amazon continues apace.
Five of online retail giant Amazon’s foreign websites have been placed on a blacklist by the Trump administration.

Its e-commerce platforms in the UK, Germany, France, India and Canada have been added to a “notorious markets” register.

The US trade representative’s office said the sites facilitated the sale of counterfeit and pirated products.

Amazon said the move was politically motivated and that it has invested heavily to prevent illegal activities.

The trade representative’s office said that the adding of the Amazon sites was the result of complaints from US businesses over the sale of fake goods.

Jerome Corsi might have accidentally emailed one of Mueller's former team the details of an intent to set up a conspiracy to set up a covid-19 related health scam. In Corsi's defense he was allegedly trying to tell Zelenko not to move forward because he didn't understand FDA rules. The investigation seems focused at Zelenko. The prosecutor in question Zelinski got an email intended from Corsi intended to go to Vladimir Zelenko. Zelinski so happens to be on a task force that investigates coronavirus related crimes.
Experts, including Trump’s leading infectious disease specialist Anthony S. Fauci, have repeatedly cautioned that while there is some anecdotal evidence the drug shows promise, its efficacy must be validated through controlled scientific studies.

Zelenko consults frequently with some of Trump’s closest allies. Trump aides say he has been in contact with Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and other officials. In a recent interview, Trump attorney Rudolph W. Giuliani said he and Zelenko speak frequently — often more than once a day.

“He’s a very smart doctor,” Giuliani said. “I’ve seen an analysis of Dr. Zelenko’s patient list. There are thousands of people who have been helped by it.”

Giuliani, a familiar voice in Trump’s ear, promotes experimental coronavirus treatments

Corsi said he was referred to Zelenko by another doctor also interested in covid-19 and hosted Zelenko for the first time on his podcast earlier this month.

Corsi’s website, speakwithanmd.com, offers people the opportunity to schedule a virtual appointment with a doctor, by clicking on a button and inputting their name and address. It advertises a “low consult fee” of $59.95, as well as “Prescriptions Delivered Right to Your Door, Same Day!” through a partner.

The site claims to be linked with more than 625 health-care providers, spanning all 50 states. In a “Frequently Asked Questions” section, it says it is “designed to see and treat non-emergency type consultations,” though it lists “COVID-19” as one of many health problems its doctors can examine, along with constipation, allergies and the common cold.

On his website, Corsi describes Zelenko as an unpaid “medical adviser.”

So the commissioner local FREEDOM supporters were up in arms about (literally) for being censured for breaking the governor's EO when said commissioner protest the governor's EO (a misdemeanor that is not being enforced) is now also known as a shoplifter.

A woman who had accused Dr. Anthony Fauci of sexual assault now claims she was paid to lie about the public health expert by a pair of President Donald Trump’s supporters.

The woman says right-wing provocateur Jacob Wohl and his frequent accomplice Jack Burkman persuaded her to cast Fauci as the assailant using details from an actual sexual assault she survived just after high school, and they paid her to do it, reported Reason.

Well, he does already have one felony charge pending. I am sure that one of his badly executed attempts with Burkman to smear someone is going to go horribly awry and he'll commit another felony that's really going to do him in.

At least, one can hope.

Trump Administration Suing Texas Orphanage to Obtain Access to Land For Border Projects
The Trump administration is suing an orphanage in South Texas in order to exercise its eminent domain powers and obtain temporary access to the property to plan for construction along the border with Mexico.

In return for a year-long grant of access to the land, known as an easement, the federal government says it will pay the Sacred Heart Children's Home of Laredo, Texas, $100 as "just compensation."

The Senate fell one vote short of adopting an amendment that would have required a search warrant for the government to conduct secret surveillance of internet users’ search and web browsing data.

The vote 59-37 vote Wednesday, with 60 needed to adopt the amendment, was a defeat for privacy advocates. Four senators weren’t present, at least one of whom would have voted in favor of the measure.

Looking at the roll call, eight Democrats voted against it, as well, and maybe 15-20 Republicans voted for it.

(R) party calling for investigation into NJ Governor's response to the pandemic, btw. Not sure if that comment is in reference to that.
“We must acknowledge that the harm caused by the initial threat of the coronavirus may have been amplified by the response of the executive branch of our State government in certain cases, resulting in unnecessary physical and economic harm to New Jerseyans,” they wrote.
I have no doubts in the coming weeks we're going to find out there was a GOP memo circulated to all party members to organize and start this now - because Trump cannot campaign.

[Personal life drama warning]

So... I posted an image on Facebook poking fun at Trump's "Super-duper missile." A friend of seven years who is educated, intelligent, well-spoken, reasonable, and a core member of my PnP gaming group disliked the criticism because which phrase Trump uses doesn't affect me and said that I don't have one good thing to say about Trump, given that he's also done a lot of good. My response:
Something I like about Trump? He's old and will die soon? I mean, lots of terrible people have done a good thing here and there. That doesn't excuse the incredible harm he's done. The asshole has politicized a plague for his ego and profit. He has literally caused thousands of extra deaths. He's convinced a significant portion of the country that facts don't matter if they contradict their desires. He's encouraged violence as a solution to political disagreements. He's invalidated the law and removed all oversight from the office.

I don't care how many little old ladies he's helped across the street in the face of that.

And if you're President of the United States, the words you say affect its citizens. He's made the US a laughing stock with statements like "Super-duper missile."
His response:
litetally every word you wrote was false. Literally.
My response:
He's not old?
His response, posted not in the public thread, but in our private gaming group:
I'm no longer comfortable associating with deranged commies who feed on liberal lies and negativity.
So I'm out. It's been fun.
This from someone who was a good, trusted from of seven years until 30 minutes ago.

So. That happened. And since his wife is the second of three non-household members of the group, she's gone, too. That ends tabletop gaming for me, except with one of my kids or solo.

I am so very, very done with people.

I’m amazed how many intelligent, high-functioning, (formerly) rational people I know who have decided to build their entire identity around Trump...and how threatened they become if you disagree. It’s completely baffling to me.

He's always been politically 'out there', some weird blend of libertarian and anarchist, and he's always had a binary world view: the world is composed of people who agree with him, and those who aren't smart enough to agree with him. We've butted heads more than once over it. And yet, this one was... minor. Very minor. And his reaction was so over-the-top that today I'm split between frustrated at losing a gaming group in a place where I'm not likely to find another, and amusement at how sideways the whole thing was. I mean... it was so ridiculous that it's funny.

I think I shall wear 'deranged commie' as a badge of honor.

The neutral space where we used to agree to disagree and then change the subject has all but disappeared. Our tribal identities were weaker when we argued over how big budgets should be or whether taxes should go up or down by a few percentage points or whether they should pay for guns or butter or whether we should raise or lower immigration quotas. Our disagreements are more fundamental now, and not subject to compromise. The sense that we're all Americans is just about gone; we no longer share the same reality.

I'll readily admit that I disdain trumpsters as much as they hate me, and I think those who believe that we can put aside our differences and come together for a common good are delusional. If we couldn't unite against the coronavirus, IDK what could ever bring us together. If the Russians invaded tomorrow, each side would accuse the other of being in cahoots.

That's the funny thing: He isn't a Trumpster. He's an anti-establishment...ian. Liberals are apparently more establishment than conservatives for him, or perhaps it's just the consensus (Trump is bad) that he's rebelling against. I have no idea.

Also, he's a diagnosed schizophrenic. I'm wondering if he's off his meds.

Trump lost the popular vote by 3 million. He gamed the system to "win" the election by 77,000 votes spread over four states (his margin in MI was under 11,000), and he got those with Russian help. He is NOT a legitimate president.
