The interwebs tell me that that "Axe & Scythe" patch is the label the SWAT team uses to identify themselves, their own custom BSO SWAT patch. It likely doesn't have any deeper meaning. It could have easily been a bowling pin flanked by two 8-pound balls.

Saw some discussion about it. Some people think it's associated with the Oath Keepers, others think it's probably just a team patch used by the local SWAT team (because, obviously, tactical gear isn't badass enough without a gang patch).

I assume that Trump isn't calling for a vote in the House because he knows he doesn't have the votes, but I suppose maybe he thinks he does because he thinks his wall is super popular, but having it pass the house and put pressure on those voting No on this "super popular" wall in the Senate wouldn't help his case, since this is Trump we're talking about.

Honestly, it's just a safe bet to say "No Evidence for Any Trump Claim" and just keep repeating it on a daily basis.
