I was going to say something snarky involving GOP and blowing, but you're more right than I am - and candle-blowing is hardly a platform worth grilling anyone over. I don't know who Garrison is but it's interesting to me is it's millennials who are tied up and Venezuela is the wreckage. I can't tell if this is satire or serious. What it seems to say to me is that Harris and Gabbard if elected by millenials would become Maduro.

Only I thought bikers love Trump. And I thought Trump trusted Putin and Xi... Like Maduro... And Maduro sought to be able to rule by decree... And is accuesed of money laundering and questionable elections practices and institutionally condemning the poor and limiting the press and homophobia and name calling and chasing trade out of his country.

Also is this saying the Mellenials are really in charge, Trump has wax in his ears at their command.

But then the bright side is, that Trump will apparently greedily slaughter the Sun's cattle and will be punished to die by shipwreck while the Millenials survive his greed.

I couldn't even tell if it was conservative humor or liberal humor. I can't tell what I'm supposed to take as metaphor or what is being satirized. If it is relying on me to understand Odysseus and the Siren Song, then it suggests to me Trump is soon to die of his own greed and that story is really about the Millenials success in spite of everything around them. Harris and Gabbard are just bit players. If it's not relying on Odysseus then none of this makes sense.

Don't forget that Garrison is a moron. (And he *worships* Trump, so there's no question of veiled criticism here.)

Apparently he thinks Odysseus bravely steered the ship past the sirens while the others succumbed to the attraction. It's the only way the cartoon works, but it gets everything wrong.

I had to try and piece it together. After reading his own comments, now I think I understand. The centerpiece is actually the Sirens and the only way this guy knew how express the seduction was by not having any understanding of the Odyssey and using it anyway.
