I would probably go for "Before Jan 20 2021". I think he'll be impeached or resign, but I don't know when.

With cabinet members actively talking about invoking the 25th, it sounds like I still have a chance of winning, even though the possibility of Trump leaving in 2020 before Jan 20th wasn't an option.
