One lawyer's answer to attempt at censorship: snarky law

Post by Kasey Chang »

A certain Texas billionaire got violent with his arm candy in Vegas back in 2012, and just smashed her cell phone and later choked her into unconsciousness. He was arrested and booked in Vegas. He managed to keep it quiet. Two years later, during elections, the news leaked, and both TX Gov and Lt.Gov donated the portion this choking billionaire contributed to domestic violence charities. Now, that guy was still sending letters threatening bloggers who used his mugshot with invasion of his "privacy".

The blogger contacted a lawyer, and the lawyer's response, while long-winded, is a perfect putdown. Well, more like a body slam... with LOLcats

Enjoyed. Knowing that powerful, serious men want you to know how powerful and/or serious they are, they tend to aneurysm when treated poorly by those they consider their lessers.

Anything that causes more aneurysms in violent, arrogant billionaires is fine by me.

has Drumpf issued any take-down notices recently?
