Could the supreme court bring Marbury v. Madison back into play?
Say if the SC continues to hand down politically biased rulings. Could Marbury v. Madison be revisited?

FWIW the answer is no to the OP question. That decision has about as much to do with the potential legitimacy crisis the SCOTUS faces as the tides do.
