Good defrag software & an old site link request

I remember back in GG someone had a great site with links to quite a few great utilities for the PC, I'd found the link in a thread asking for good defrag software. So, I'm looking for both again.

I believe this person was involved in the whole starforce boycott thing, and there was some bruha between him and some immature programmer who wrote it.
