ETA on the 6600's

I see the PCI Express versions are out but can't find an AGP version yet. Anyone know when we can expect them? My Ti4200 can't hold on much longer...

I want to know exactly this too. Was even thinking of building a rig around a PCI-express motherboard, but it's sort of unknown territory for me.

I don't understand why they didn't release the AGP 6600's right away anyway. And I don't feel like shelling out almost $300 for a 6800. But Half Life 2 is a-calling...

I wish I knew. I'll be getting a 6600GT for sure, but AGP is my connections of choice. Last I read (this past week at Tom's Hardware) there was no announcement as to when the AGP versions were to be released.

I may have to cave and spring for a 6800 if I decide to build a box for Half Life 2. Resist temptation... resist temptation...

I gave up and bought a 6800GT last weekend.
