I'm trying to set up port forwarding on my airport express time capsule so that I can use my phone to view the security camera DVR. For some reason it's not working. I've gone into the router and set up port forwarding as follows:
Private IP Address - 10.1.0.200
All port fields set to 9000
I then update the router, which forces a restart as it should. Everything looks right.
I then go to canyouseeme.org and do an open port check tool. It times out on that port, so it doesn't appear to be open.
Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong? I've watched several videos to make sure that I'm doing the same thing they are and it appears that I am, yet port forwarding fails.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

what else is on that 10.1.x.x network? can you access any ports on any other device on there?

A couple of computers, tablets, etc. I haven't set up any other ports.
