Media Center Replacement for Windows 10

So I just bought the parts for a new computer and am handing my current one over to the kids. My old computer had Windows 7 and it looks like 10 is required for the skylake processors.

Any suggestions for replacing a combination of Windows Media Center, an HDHomerun, MCE Buddy, and a Plex server? I've been using that combo for years and love being able to record shows on my computer, strip the commercials, and then stream them to tablets and Rokus around the house.

So far in my research I haven't found anything near as good for Windows 10. Any suggestions? Or maybe I'll just have to leave it all set up on the kids' computer.

Well now it looks like Plex is adding a DVR function. That would be awesome.
