Anyone upgrading a video card and have one for sale?

I recently upgraded my computer and handed my old one down to the kids. While the CPU on that computer can still perform, the video card is a NVIDIA GTS 450. Does anyone have a card that would be an upgrade that they'd be willing to part with?

I've got a Sapphire R9 270 you can have for $25 +shipping.
