Printer problems

Post by sgoldj »

This one has me stumped.

I am having problems printed pictures, no problem printing text or other documents. There is no problem printing from my Windows PC; but I get inconsistent results from printing from the iPad or iPhone. Inconsistent meaning sometimes it do, sometimes it don't. The printer is accessed, the head moves as if printing, but the result is blank. All systems are wireless, the printer is an HP 4630, ink levels are not depleted.

Any and all ideas are welcome

I watched it, but the dried or jammed printer nozzle would be consistent across all attempts.

I can print from the wireless PC, I can print documents from iPad using air print, I can print web pages from the iPhone, but I get blank pages when printing photos from the I-hardware. The photos work, fine from the PC.

Found two more links that might be of help. One actually says the ISP providers modem/router was not compatible with the I devices Air Print software...no idea how that one works lol. but who knows.

LINK 1

This next is a MAC problem not even wireless but shows how to try and print a pic an alternate way.
