disable pen and touch windows 10?

It keeps popping up while I'm playing ESO.
Everything online I've found about is incorrect.

Disable the device through the Device Manager? It's probably under "Mice and other pointing devices".

It's under "Pen and Windows Ink" on the "metro" control panel, not the regular control panel.

If you don't have a pen, draw using a mouse or your fingers. To turn on the workspace, press and hold (or right-click) on the taskbar, and then select Show Windows Ink Workspace button.

From there on you can probably find the rest.

Oh, I found that. It doe nothing towards turning off the pen and ink.

I kinda gave up on it. I found by hitting the windows button it would go away.
