Somewhat disappointingly, it doesn't seem like there are native drivers on Windows 10 for this gamepad. This is the wireless one that allows you to switch between D-Input and X-Input, useful for older games. But plugging it into the PC doesn't recognize it, at all. This is a gamepad that Logitech is touting as their premium, so what the heck, Logitech? They've had loads of time to come up with a driver by this point. Luckily, I've found a workaround by right clicking on the device in device manager and choosing the XBox 360 gamepad as driver, and that seems to work OK. But it also means losing out on the switching functionality. Maybe the Logitech software would fix this. But still, rather disappointing to not have it work out of the box like in past versions of Windows. I can imagine the trouble less inclined people would be having with this.
Disconcertingly, if you go to their support page and then controllers, you get to see a long list of controllers that they've acquired via their purchase of Saitek.
