Seems to be working for me.
Edit: I can't post though. I do get new ads everytime I refresh. I don't follow a ton of people - the last post was 15 minutes ago. I can click on people I don't follow, though, and get their full time line. So might just be a posting thing.

Must be a west coast thing, but it's not an isolated incident

I'm getting intermittent "Twitter is temporarily over capacity, please try again later" while other times get the generic "Cannot post, please try again later"
