Router shopping

I’m looking for a router that does a few specific things for my home.
Be able to mirror Wi-Fi to LAN port for packet capturing. "What are those internet of thing talking to?"
Would like WAN to handle at least 200Meg.
LAN should be 10/100/1000
Wi-Fi support q and b too.
Have VPN ability, so can use VPN app on phone to come in and go back out WAN when on pubic Wi-Fi.
Port forwarding.
Port mirror LAN ports too, but optional since I have a switch that can do it.
USB storage optional.
