I was doing this on my old rig and of course it was GBs of stuff I didn't use when I went to the new computer. I know it was overkill, but are there some parts of the Users folder I ought to be backing up?
Update: Besides C:\Users\jztemple of course!

This is purely anecdotal, but every time I have ever needed something out of /users/ it was in my username folder.
