Well I guess I don't know how that would work. I bought the box version from the store. I will have to check on that.

Pretty sure it won't work, because your serial number for the game is now tied to your Steam account.

Ya I didn't realize that any game tied to your Steam account means you can never sell it. That is the one thing I don't like about Steam. The games that are registered on Steam have been removed from the list here.
