I got a key in a bundle once and gave it to my daughter, but there's apparently a multiplayer mode and she wants me to play it with her. If nothing else, I'll get it off Humble this weekend (on sale for $6, don't have sub anymore for the discount)
I'll pm you my key.
Thank you very much Kasey! Greatly appreciated! :)

Just wanted to say thanks again!
Finally got a chance to play against the kid, we played about 8 games in a row (she won the first 3 or so, then I started winning some). Having a ball and looking forward to playing more.
PS - sorry I had to kill everyone in that one game, but I did it fast enough to get enough points to prevent me from getting cured before you all died, so I still won. :)

I find it difficult to imagine why anyone other than nostalgic purists would prefer playing the 35-yr-old wireframe gfx original game over the better-looking, highly-customisable free and open source Oolite.

But hey, whatever floats yer goat.

For my kid (if you don't mind), she's actually majoring in Japanese. Not sure how much she will learn (vs what she already knows), but I'd mentioned this game to her before and she said she'd like it.

If anyone wants Call of Duty WWII (with the Bravery and Fear Not) xpacs, let me know.

Was included in this month's Humble Bundle...I'll never play it.

I really need to stop subscribing. In two years I think I may have played two games. Some of you guys have benefited, which helps, but the disappointment month after month is getting tiresome.

The funny thing is that I'm actually considering subscribing just for CoD:WWII. I've no interest in the multiplayer (I've never really liked the over-twitchy style of CoD MP), just the typically short single player campaign. It's been years since I've played a linear, 'cinematic' shooter. Everything out there seems to be open world these days, and just experiencing the ride might be a nice change.

The quality of titles has dropped substantially since they first started.
A game that's 2 years old is supposed to be the draw?

I only renew if there's something I really want that month. Both Crash and Spyro were on my wishlist anyways, and I figured $12 was a good price. Cancelled as soon as I got them.

I purchased CoD WW2 because of the theme and only for SP. I knew that was likely a mistake going in and it was actually much worse than I thought it would be. Really, really disappointing SP campaign. Length had nothing to do with it either. It was design choices, story and everything else. I pretty much hate-finished it.

Sorry. I didn't mean to be a wet blanket. My intention was to cool any thought that jumping in to the bundle to get CoD might be worth it (even if you were going to give away the other games). YMMV.

Ive found it pretty fun so far. Reminds me of Brothers in Arms which I also enjoyed. Ive not tried the MP since a year or so ago and hated. But they seemed to solve that problem I had so who knows it may be great too. Fun game so far. Very tough though as on normal I die a lot. Sometimes I get stuck but I just keep at it.

Speaking of which... I apparently bought Van Helsing III 2 weeks ago before I bought Final Cut last week. So I have a key for Van Helsing 3 if anyone wants it. Claimed!

I wish I had thought of this - Did it work well to subscribe and then drop out right away? I would have done it for COD and Spyro, but too late now.

FYI, the quote button puts both the open and close tags in on one press. You put the quote between them rather than hitting it twice.

Too late for this month I imagine, but if you don't want any of the games for a month, just pause your sub for the month.

If you already have Two Point Hospital though, I'd take that off your hands. Wife loved Theme Hospital. Not sure this will run well on her PC, so she might have to settle for playing on mine for now (upgrading her PC is on the list of things to do, but behind home improvement needs).
