Some other decent prices at Circuit City

Post by gorham09 »

After seeing the Civ IV Expansion thread, I noticed going through CC's online selection that they have a few other decent prices (a few dollars less than the standard going rate) on older or B-list titles. Many can be picked up in store or ordered on-line for a minimal shipping charge. In my experience, prices are the same on-line as in-store for CC's PC Games (ignore the price stickers, they never change them). I confirmed that with several of these titles.

Some titles I noticed

LOTR Battle for Middle Earth II Rise of the Witch King Expansion $15.96

Sid Meier's Railroads $10.96

Jade Empire $24.99

X-Men Legends 2: Rise of Apocalypse $9.99

Need for Speed Carbon Collector's Edition $10.96

They also have a list of all their online titles sorted by price for your viewing pleasure.
"The old lady told me that all the girls in the village of Annezin prayed every night for the War to end, and for the English to go away - as soon as their money was spent. And that the clause about the money was always repeated in case God should miss it."

Sid Meier's Railroads wasn't worth my time much less $10.96 + tax.

Thanks for the heads up. I went in and got NFS:Carbon CE for a little under $12. Pretty cool...
