Octopus Overlords

Has anyone played this? I've had it on my wishlist, but haven't pulled the trigger. It looks a bit DLC-happy, but it also looks really nice.

Steam says razgon owns it, but I think he's left us.

There are five DLC, three of which are free, and the other two are on sale for a grand total of $5.34.
